Nutritional Living Return Policy:

While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience is positive. The following conditions apply:

· Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

· Please contact Customer Service to cancel your order. If the order is cancelled after the order has been purchased; then the Return Policy terms will apply.

· If there is a problem with your order, please call Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery.

· You may return any un-opened items purchased from Nutritional Living within thirty (30) days of purchase. For Catalog orders, the date that your payment is received, is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment, if items are returned within the (30) day period and all items are received in original packaged condition with safety seals un-broken and un-tampered.

· SUPER HEALTHY WHEY PROTEIN, MACA POWDER, PRO-BIOTIC COMPLEX And ALL OTHER FOOD RELATED ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

· We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking fee, if the item has been at all damaged. Customers are liable to pay any sales tax or any extra fees in their state of residence. Prices and policies can change without notice.

· ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AN ASSIGNED RMA NUMBER. Please call our Customer Service to verify your return and to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Once information is verified for eligibility, an RMA number will be assigned to you and the item(s) being returned. RMA Numbers expire within (10 days) after it is assigned. Only one RMA number is assigned per purchase.
Any package received without an RMA number will be refused and Returned To Sender.)

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Nutritional Living reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
